Goal: Improve & Regularize Marketing Communications
A professional membership program rarely communicated with their larger list of non members except during quarterly membership pushes. They were using Mailchimp, which has limited functionality.
I researched a variety of CRM’s, helped the company settle on ActiveCampaign, and oversaw the transition to ActiveCampaign. I created a structure of weekly coordinated blog posts, email and social media posts, and trained the non-member list into a habit of opening the weekly education-rich emails.
So, when membership launch time rolled around, this list was primed and had a much improved email open and click rate.
